We live today in a context of multiple crises - environmental, social, economical, political and cultural. This often leaves us, individuals, without knowing how to respond to current problems. Besides, we realize that traditional modes of governance, mainly rational, no longer engage the population, for the most part.
To answer that, ‘Being yourself in action!’ is a way to reconnect with your inner wisdom and discover ways to put it into action here and now. The practice contains six parts: It starts with a meditation, in order to provide a connection with our ancestry and its heritage. Then, we will connect with our collective intelligence, to get to know unseen opportunities to engage in transition here and now. Finally, we end by spreading seeds of collaboration in concrete calls for actions in the near future from wherever you are.
This collective dynamic will be conducted in an online webinar, but the methodology is developed to work in different contexts (smaller or larger groups, whether online or in person) and for different backgrounds (elderly, adult, youth and child perspectives). It means that the six parts are flexible and can be adapted by the creativity of the facilitator, so you can try it yourself in your own community as well. Don't forget to let us know how it went!
