Hello friends,
I’m writing this message full of inspiration and renewed resolve after concluding our Tech in Transition series. Over the last three months, we hosted three webinars, three Collective Wisdom sessions, and one panel discussion: all exploring our relationship habits and the impact technology has on the human and non-human ecosystems we’re part of.
Below you’ll find a short recap of each session, along with the link to access all recordings.
But first, I want to invite you into Community Waves - an open-source, ad-free community space for people doing “change work.” It’s an ethical alternative to Facebook and completely free to join. There are already 400+ people there, we welcome you to join us!
To celebrate its launch, we’re raffling off copies of Jay Vidyarthi’s new book Reclaim Your Mind: Seven Strategies to Use Tech Mindfully.

To enter the raffle, simply join Community Waves, and if you’re already there, make a post, before the end of December
Session Recaps

Webinar 1: Rewiring Our Relationship with Technology
With Jay VidyarthiJay offered powerful perspectives and practices to help us build a healthier psychological relationship with technology, transforming guilt and shame into curiosity and agency. One small but meaningful shift for me was buying a non-digital alarm clock to replace my phone. Now I wake up to the sound of birds instead of notifications, and my mornings feel noticeably more peaceful.
Webinar 2: Embodying Wellness in a Digital Age
With Teresa PosakonyTeresa guided us into the body, exploring posture, the nervous system, attention, and how technology shapes our physiology. She shared practical tools to support physical wellbeing, prevent strain, and increase blood and oxygen flow to the brain.
Webinar 3: Choosing Ethical Technology
With Esther Molina & Sam RossiterThis session explored why ethical tech choices matter: data protection, environmental impact, governance, and who benefits from the technologies we rely on. Esther and Sam offered a range of more ethical alternatives and frameworks to help guide informed choices.
Panel Discussion: Technology, Spirit & Earth
With four incredible speakersWe closed the series by exploring the deeper layers of our relationship with technology: its impact on Earth, on our spiritual lives, on ecosystems, and on collective imagination. Our speakers shared practices, provocations, and hope-filled pathways for change.
